Alpha Team Training
Forming teams to successfully run Alpha in parishes.
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. Each session includes a simple meal, a video and small group discussion.

The Alpha Team Training day aims to develop teams with the skills to successfully run Alpha in local parishes and will include information on what Alpha is and how it fits into the faith formation process in a parish. The day will include small group facilitation training, how to run an Alpha weekend / day retreat and tips on marketing, promotion and forming an Alpha team.
