An invitation to deepen your understanding of coming to faith and discovering discipleship with Jesus through four Gospel stories: The Woman at the Well, the Cure of Bartimaeus, the Crippled Woman and the Rich Man. First Spiritual Exercises

Using the creative guide to St Ignatius’ First Spiritual Exercises written by Fr  Michael Hansen SJ, these  sessions offer the experience of a four week retreat in daily life. Cost of the book is $30. Each group will be limited to 12 participants.   (Fr Jim McKeon & Gail Gill)

 Acts of the Apostles

Bishop David Walker will lead these sessions on the companion volume to the Gospel of Luke. The Acts of the Apostles describes the life and work of the early church as it continues the mission of Jesus empowered by the Holy Spirit and witnesses to the life, death and resurrection of Jesus.

Making Disciples Sherry Weddell Seminar

Sherry Weddell is the Executive Director and co-founder of the Catherine of Sienna  Institute, Colorado Springs in the US. She has developed numerous unique adult formation resources that are used around the world. Her book, Forming Intentional Disciples continues to be a best seller.

Rejoice & Be Glad

In his apostolic exhortation, Gaudete et Exsultate, Pope Francis writes ‘Do not be afraid of holiness. It will take away none of your energy, vitality or joy. . . . On the contrary . . .’ As an experienced spiritual guide, Pope Francis offers a practical reflection on the call to holiness in today’s world. These sessions will be guided discussions.

Isaiah Prophet of Advent

The writings of the prophet Isaiah are proclaimed on the Sundays and weekdays of Advent in 2019. Isaiah continued to be read in the synagogues during Jesus’ lifetime. Jesus read from the scroll of Isaiah at the beginning of his public ministry (Luke 4:16-20). During Advent discover something of the world of Isaiah and his followers and allow his words to nourish an Advent hope and longing within you.
