The Year of St Joseph
On 8 December 2020, Pope Francis published the Patris corde (With a Father's Heart) Apostolic Letter, commemorating the 150th anniversary of the declaration of St Joseph as patron of the Universal Church. To mark the anniversary, the Pope has proclaimed a “Year of St Joseph”, from 8 December 2020 to 8 December 2021.
A number of resources will be made available to support the celebration of the Year of St Joseph. These will be available over time and include:
- Monthly reflections on various aspects of St Joseph's life and character.
- Prayers of intercession and other prayers for various settings.
- Images and digital media graphics.
