Happy news for parishioners as NSW lockdown restrictions ease!
In a letter to parishioners issued by Parish Secretary Thea Dowsett on Friday, May 15, the changes to current arrangements were explained:
Good Morning All
I am happy to inform you that the Church is open and this weekend we resume Masses with a limit of 10 people per Mass.
Mass times for this weekend only are Saturday 6pm ; Sunday 8am ; 11am & 5pm .
Weekday Masses are Monday 9.15am; Tuesday 9.15am; Wednesday 7pm; Thursday 9.15am; Friday 11am; Saturday 9.15am ; .
Please contact the parish office to book your attendance at a Mass.
Please strictly follow medical authorities advice of social distancing & sanitizing your hands before entering and leaving the church
please read all notices posted on the Church walls and in the foyer
please sit in only 1 position (ie once sitting do not change seats)
do not touch anything in the church
do not leave anything in the church
avoid personal conversation in the church
if as you come to enter the Church and see there is already 10 people do not enter .
The Church is open for private prayer from 10am -4pm Monday - Saturday - and Sundays 12noon - 3pm. (No more than 10 people at a time ) For the present time please bring with you a small piece of paper with your name & contact details and leave at the parish office or drop it in the box provided in the church . If the church is locked please check with the parish office.
