Registering at the Parish, or Changing your Details
Please, if you have moved to the area, let us know you have arrived by simply completing the census form below and emailing it to our office at patsgos@acs.net.au, or pop it in an envelope, seal it and place it on the plate at Mass, marked for the attention of the Parish Office.
On the reverse of our census form you will find many groups and ministries in which you could become involved if you wish, and if you do, please indicate this when completing the census form and our Parish Office will ensure you are contacted as soon as possible.
If you are currently a parishioner and would like to advise a change of details, please download and lodge the census form at the Parish Office.
