Becoming Catholic

Becoming Catholic

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)

The RCIA is a rich process for those who are unbaptised, or those baptised in another faith, who wish to join the Catholic Church. This process begins with an intake of enquirers in August annually and culminates with either Baptism of those previously unbaptised, or acceptance into the Church of those of other denominations at our Easter Vigil Mass.

This programme is led by Ian McGuinness our Adult Faith Educator and supported by a limited number of helpers.

The 2018/19 RCIA Programme commences on Tuesday, August 7
