Complete the Combined form to register as a parishioner or sign up for Planned giving or both:
- Register as a parishioner In Lower North Shore Parish
- Update your family details (address, email, phone, family members)
- Join a Parish ministry or group (Senior server, proclaimer etc)
- Support he Parish financially
- Update your credit card details
- Change form of payment (credit card to direct debit etc)
