Parking in the churchyard is limited. Up to 2 hours free parking is available in the Manly Council Car Parks during the day. The Pacific Waves and Manly National Council Car Parks are located about 50 metres from the church in Central Avenue (off Raglan Street).

St Mary’s is located a few blocks level walk from Manly Wharf. The nearest bus stop is in Pittwater Road one block back from the church.
