Caring for the Sick

Care for the Sick

A team of parishioners is committed to the care of the sick and elderly. Anyone who is sick or unable to attend Sunday Mass will be visited either in their home, hospital or nursing home and receive Holy Communion regularly. To make arrangements please contact the Parish Office on 8379 1740 or warnervaleparish@bbcatholic.org.au

Any one who is sick may include his/her name in the list of the sick to be remembered and prayed for at Sunday Mass.

Prayer for the Sick

In faith and love we ask you, eternal God
to watch over your family
and especially those who are sick and in the midst of suffering.
In your mercy and loving kindness
no prayer of ours is diminished,
no tear unheeded, no cry unnoticed.

Through the prayer of Jesus
may the blessings promised to the poor in spirit
bring healing to the sick
