The Foundation Day of the Society of Our Lady of The Most Holy Trinity (SOLT) is this Tuesday the 16th July. We are very Blessed to have with us both Fr Raul and Fr Alex who belong to this Order and live, and share the mission of this Society with us. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to them for their ministry with us and we pray that God will continue to bless them.
We invite all parishioners to join us at the 8am Mass at St Cecilia’s Church on Tuesday 16th to celebrate this occasion with Fr Raul and Fr Alex. Following this Mass please come and join us for Breakfast/Morning Tea in the Parish Ctr.
Please note there will be no 9.15am Mass at St John Fisher on Tuesday morning.
The Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity was founded in 1958 by Fr. James Flanagan. The greater family of SOLT is composed of the Clerical Society of Apostolic Life, the Sisters’ Society of Apostolic Life and the SOLT Lay Association.
The Clerical Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity is constituted in the Church as a society of apostolic life of diocesan right and serves as an international missionary community of priests and brothers. Through the witness of the evangelical counsels, fraternal life marked by graced friendships, and ministry accomplished on ecclesial family teams in areas of deepest apostolic need, we are dedicated to the mission of bringing all people into communion with the Most Holy Trinity through discipleship of Jesus through Mary.
