您是否曾對生命、信仰，或存在的意義感到好奇？在這個瞬息萬變的世界中，我們常常心中充滿疑問，卻難以找到一個開放、友善的空間來深入探討。Alpha 課程正是為此而設。
Alpha 是一段輕鬆愉快的探索之旅，為所有對基督信仰感興趣，或心中懷有疑問的朋友，提供一個沒有壓力的平台。無論您是：
• 渴望重新連結教會、尋求心靈慰藉的舊教友
• 為子女領洗後，希望更深入了解信仰的父母
• 偶爾參與聖誕、復活節、婚禮或喪禮的朋友
• 又或是對生命、信仰、天主是否存在等議題感到好奇，並希望在一個安全、尊重的環境中探索的人

我們相信，每個人都有提出問題的權利，並應能在沒有批判、充滿支持的氛圍中，尋找屬於自己的答案。
在 Alpha 課程中，您將有機會：
• 共享午餐：每次聚會從一頓溫馨的午餐開始，讓大家在輕鬆的氛圍中建立連結
• 聆聽分享：透過簡短影片或講述，了解基督信仰的核心信息
• 自由討論：最重要的是，您將有充足時間在小組中提出疑問、分享想法。這裡沒有「愚蠢」的問題，只有真誠的交流
**Alpha 課程完全免費，也無任何壓力要求您必須全程參與。**我們只希望為您提供一個機會，讓您可以自由探索，或許會在旅程中發現意想不到的收穫。

Alpha: Explore Faith, Discover Meaning
Have you ever found yourself wondering about the meaning of life, faith, or existence? In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by questions — yet hard to find a welcoming space to explore them. The Alpha course is designed for just that purpose.
Alpha is a relaxed and enjoyable journey of discovery. It offers a pressure-free environment for anyone who is curious about the Christian faith or has questions about life’s deeper meaning.
Whether you are:
• A past churchgoer seeking to reconnect and find spiritual comfort
• A parent who had your child baptised and now wants to understand the faith more deeply
• Someone who attends Mass on Christmas, Easter, or for weddings and funerals
• Or someone simply wondering about life, faith, or the existence of God, and hoping to explore these questions in a safe and respectful space
You are warmly invited to join us.
We believe that everyone should have the chance to ask questions and search for answers in an open and supportive environment — without fear of judgment.
What to expect in Alpha:
• Shared meal – Each session begins with a warm and welcoming lunch to help build connection in a relaxed atmosphere
• Thought-provoking content – A short video or talk that presents the core message of the Christian faith
• Open discussion – Most importantly, you’ll have plenty of time in small groups to ask questions and share your thoughts. There are no “silly” questions — only honest conversation
The Alpha course is completely free, and there’s absolutely no pressure to commit or attend every session. We simply invite you to explore freely — you might be surprised by what you discover.
