Pastoral Letter Cover

"I have been your Bishop for just over a year and in that period, I have had time to consider what I believe are important priorities for our community of the Church. In six points I have summarised these priorities, and I bring them to your attention and offer them to you for your contemplation and prayer.”

– Most Rev Anthony Randazzo, Bishop of Broken Bay

The pastoral letter outlines six important priorities the Bishop has identified in his first year as the Bishop of Broken Bay. These priorities begin with the person of Jesus Christ and include themes central to our mission.

Six Key Priorities

1. The Person of Jesus Christ

Centering our lives and mission on Christ.

2. Discipleship

Following Christ in our daily lives.

3. Building a Culture of Vocation

Discernment of God's call for each of us.

4. Unity

Fostering communion within the Church.

5. Education

Formation of hearts and minds.

6. The Poor

Serving those in need with compassion.

Bishop Anthony develops each priority with teaching and personal examples from his own life and experience within the Diocese.
