People of the Good News
We, the people of the Broken Bay Diocese, are people of the Good News. And through our Baptism, we are charged with the mission of proclaiming the Good News of Jesus in our words and actions.
The faithful of Broken Bay proclaim the Good News in their daily words and actions, serving a vibrant community across 2,763 square kilometres of New South Wales.
Our Geography
The Diocese is nominally divided into three separate geographic regions:

The Northern Beaches: Containing parishes from Avalon to Manly.

The North Shore: From Chatswood north to Arcadia and Berowra parishes.

The Central Coast: From Woy Woy to Toukley, Wyong, and Warnervale parishes.

Most Rev Anthony Randazzo
4th Bishop of Broken Bay
Bishop Anthony Randazzo was installed as the 4th Bishop of Broken Bay in 2019. As the chief shepherd of the Diocese, he is responsible for teaching, sanctifying, and governing the faithful of Broken Bay with a heart dedicated to the mission of the Church.
Under his leadership, the Diocese focuses on evangelisation, the authentic proclamation of the Gospel, and building a community of missionary disciples. He serves on various episcopal commissions and is deeply committed to the spiritual and pastoral welfare of the clergy and laity.
