Confirmation celebrations at Pymble Parish
Congratulations to the 94 children of our Parish who were confirmed by Bishop Anthony Randazzo at the Sacred Heart Church on Sunday, 22 May 2022.
Celebrations like Confirmation are the product of the support of many people.
Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who made the celebrations so memorable. These include: musicians, projectionists, acolytes, junior altar servers, flower arrangers, readers, ushers, and more, thank you.
The Sacrament of Confirmation is the second of the three sacraments of Christian initiation.
Confirmation completes Baptism, by which in the laying on of hands and the anointing with Chrism Oil, which first happened at Baptism, we are confirmed with the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
We are reminded of our participation in the ministry and mission of Jesus, and strengthened to follow Jesus more closely.
