Epping Redevelopment
We are pleased to provide an update on the exciting redevelopment around Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Epping.
Levande is our primary affiliate with this project. Lavande is pleased to be working with Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) and EPM Projects (EPM) on the redevelopment of Our Lady Help of Christians Parish and School site in Epping. Above the redevelopment will rise Levande’s new vertical village, The Cambridge, a 28-storey luxury retirement community offering integrated aged care facilities (see - https://www.levande.com.au/community/epping/).
Below the pictures is an outline of the works completed to date, with a summary of the anticipated works for November
2023.
Works completed to date:
• Jump-form assembly is now complete up to Level 3.
• Upper Ground staged concrete pours to the tower are continuing.
• Erection of tilt-up panels to the School are complete.
• RCC has commenced the erection of the Parish sawtooth roof structure following delivery of the
structural steel.
• Parish Hall Stage pour was completed.
• Installation of services fit-out to the Parish is continuing.
• High voltage conduit works on Cambridge Street are continuing.
• Substation works have commenced.
Anticipated works for November 2023:
• Upper Ground staged concrete pours to the tower will continue.
• RCC will complete the School concrete slab pours.
• Basement 1 staged concrete slab pours to the south of the tower will be completed.
• External façade works will commence to the School and Parish buildings.
• School and Parish glazing is scheduled to arrive in November.
Retirement Living Update:
