The development is located at 29 - 33 Oxford Street and extending through to 4 - 8 Cambridge Street in Epping, encompasses the magnificent, century-old Our Lady Help of Christians Church. As illustrated in the drawing, the Church sits at the heart of the development, flanked by the Hall and Parish facilities on one side and the School on the other. Positioned behind the Church and facing Cambridge Street is a high-rise tower dedicated to retired living and aged care. This 29-story development includes a 132-bed aged care facility and 205 units for independent senior living. Additionally, there is a multilevel basement car park beneath. Construction began in 2022, with the completion projected for mid 2024.
