towards 2025 strategyDeveloped in consultation with all staff, students, families and clergy, the plan was informed by key feedback and overall learnings from research and aligns with the values and vision of providing authentic professional Catholic education delivered with care and compassion.

At the launch today, which was livestreamed to over 2,500 Catholic Schools Broken Bay Staff across 45 locations, all staff received a copy of the detailed strategic plan. In workshops with their colleagues, staff discussed the strategic vision to inspire hearts and minds to know Christ, to love learning and to be the best they can be and identified how this will inform their practice in the future.

Bishop Randazzo expressed his delight in the work that has been done to date by so many and assured all across the Diocese of his support, his commitment and his prayers. “The work of educators is to ensure the human flourishing of our young people. Our staff are witnesses to the Gospel and partner with parents and carers in the education of their children.

“Catholic Schools are a critical work of the Church, and the leaders and staff are amongst my closest collaborators in bringing the person of Jesus Christ to the lives of our young people,” said
Director of Schools, Danny Casey.

“Towards 2025 has set out clear goals and specific plans that will have us firmly placed to be one of the best and most innovative school systems in Australia.

“We are doing amazing things and with our laser like focus on delivering for our 17,000 students, parents and carers, we are an ideal place for young people to grow and develop.

“With prioritised initiatives and our team fully engaged, we are now well placed to embed the Towards 2025 Strategy. A ‘Strategy Check In’ is planned for later this year with a view to celebrating successes, identifying new opportunities and setting specific priorities for 2022 and beyond. We are really excited about the future!”
